On the day of the event, our operator arrives 30-45 minutes early to set up the complete photo booth station with professional lighting and accessories. Is it possible to have a photographer for the event in addition to the photo booth?

Of course! Pro Selfie is a service of Scatti D'emozione, a professional photography studio in Rome specializing in weddings, baptisms and events. We can combine the photo booth service with a professional photographer to cover the entire event. This is one of the main advantages of choosing us: we are not just a photo booth rental, but a team of photographers with experience in all types of events. You can request a combined quote by filling out the contact form.

What if I need more service time?

All packages can be extended with additional hours at a cost of €100 per extra hour, subject to availability for that date. If during the event you want to extend the service, let our operator know and we'll check if it's possible. We recommend choosing the package that best suits the expected duration of your event for the best value for money.

How much space is needed for the photo booth setup?

The photo booth station requires a minimum space of about 2 x 2 meters for the complete set, which includes the booth with professional lighting and the table with accessories and gadgets. We recommend a space of about 3 x 3 meters to allow guests to move comfortably and create an orderly queue.

How long does setup take?

Our operator arrives 30-45 minutes before the service start to set up the complete station. The setup includes the photo booth cabin, professional lighting, the printer and all accessories. Takedown at the end takes about 20 minutes. You don't have to worry about anything: we handle everything from start to finish.

What are the Pro Gadgets?

Pro Gadgets are premium photo accessories: hats, glasses, custom frames, wigs, mustaches, crowns, speech bubbles with funny phrases and much more. They are included in all Pro Selfie packages.

Do you also deliver digital photos?

Yes. During the event, all photos taken are available in a live online gallery accessible via QR code — guests can download and share them in real time. The live gallery remains active for 24 hours after the event. Afterwards, you will receive via email the complete gallery with all post-produced photos (optimized for colors and brightness), available for 30 days.
